If Portsmouth lose their case against HMRC then they won't be able to exit administration through a CVA. Which means they will have to try and find a buyer for Portsmouth who is willing to take on huge debts and they will then get a further points deduction. In addition I don't think they will even be allowed to sign anyone.
So I kind of wonder if the Administrator will decide to cut the creditors losses and wind the club up. What do you think?
That would suck if we had to sit the first game out.
